Thi Do, Esq. has been in private practice for over 15 years and was previously an immigration specialist to a Fortune 100 company preparing employment-based immigration petitions. In private practice, he has assisted families, companies, asylum seekers, abused persons, victims of crime, elders, and children through the complex maze of immigration law to become lawful permanent residents and ultimately United States citizens. Thi represent clients in deportation and removal proceedings before the immigration court and the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). He has given many lectures on immigration law to civic organizations, community leaders, start-up companies, and advocacy groups.

Esther Kang, Esq. is the lead attorney at the Law Offices of Esther Kang. She practices criminal and immigration law. Formerly a public defender, she worked extensively in matters involving criminal and felonies motions and trials. In her immigration practice, she serves international and domestic clients with temporary non-immigrant business and professional visas, all aspects of employment based permanent residence processing, immigrant visas, consular processing, asylum applications, and naturalization matters.
